This golden Spotty Beetle has been hand embroidered on organic calico using golden threads and decorated with tiny brass beads and sequins. The frame is a hand made wooden box frame finished in matte black. Hundreds of tiny glass beads and intricate layers of sequins applied with tremendous skill...and patience.. map out the colours and patterns of this golden beetle. Padded from behind this forms the slim body of the creature It is then mounted in a box frame with a fun archivist Latin description denoting the genus of the beastie!
