Shipping policy

We’re passionate about providing the best possible delivery experience we can.

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Delivery Rates

We offer £5 flat rate shipping rate throughout the UK. If your order totals over £50 delivery will be free.

We have tried to choose the best couriers available and use various couriers based on which one works best for the products ordered. Where appropriate we may use Royal Mail (tracked) for some smaller items. You should allow 2 to 3 days for delivery once your order has been despatched.

We currently only supply UK addresses, we may look to expand this in the future and if you require an international order with a value of products greater than £100 please contact us at crew@forgetmenotandgreen.com and we’ll see what we can do.

In-store pickup

You can skip the delivery fees with free local pickup at our store in Herne Hill (SE24 9AA) or Borough Yards (SE1 9PA). After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are when our stores are open, you can find out where to find us here. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you pop in.

Packaging

Every order is carefully wrapped and packaged by hand using only biodegradable, recycled or recyclable packaging. When possible we will reuse packaging that has been sent to us.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has been despatched, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at crew@forgetmenotandgreen.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Unfortunately at this time we do not send items to PO Boxes due to courier restrictions.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the delivery charge and a £5 charge for the shipping label required the return. To see the full refund policy please see here.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at crew@forgetmenotandgreen.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
